Best Infant Car Seats of 2016 Most Popular Cloud Q UPPAbaby Mesa Nuna Pipa Chicco Keyfit 30 Doona

The right infant car seat will make it so much easier to get from Point A to Point B with your new baby. But there are so many choices out there – which infant car seat is best for you?

In this video, the experts at Magic Beans talk about our favorites: five infant car seats with advanced safety features, and some cool extras, too. Most importantly, all five of these infant car seats are designed for EASY installation, which is absolutely crucial for your child’s safety – a car seat that’s installed incorrectly won’t protect your child adequately in the event of a collision! Your child’s safety is your number one concern, and that means it’s our number one concern, too.

The seats introduced in this video are:

– The Nuna Pipa Infant Car Seat: The Pipa is a Magic Beans favorite because it’s so lightweight, and because it’s full of great features like a load leg (a safety feature common in Europe but seldom seen in the US), and the Dream Drape, which adds shade, darkness, and privacy for your napping tot.

– The Cybex Cloud Q Infant Car Seat: This ultra-innovative seat transforms seamlessly into a lie-flat stroller bassinet that your baby can safety and comfortably ride in all day! Plus, the Lateral Side Impact Protection system and the load leg are great safety features that add tremendous peace of mind.

– The Doona Infant Car Seat: It’s a one-piece travel system! Doona transforms into a stroller, making it a great fit for families who are in and out of the car all day (or who travel a lot by airplane, taxi, Uber, or Zipcar).

– The UPPAbaby MESA Infant Car Seat: In addition to terrific safety features and a really simple and snazzy base installation, this seat is great because it’s compatible with some of our most popular strollers. In particular, it’s made to fit on the popular UPPAbaby Vista and UPPAbaby Cruz strollers with no need to purchase additional adapters!

– The Chicco Keyfit Infant Car Seat: This lightweight seat is easy to install, and is compatible with a huge range of strollers, ensuring that you can create the travel system that works for you.

Hello. First off, your videos are VERY helpful. Thank you for posting them.
Is there a difference between the nuna pipa carseat and the stokke nuna pipa car seat? Do you need to buy adapters if you purchase a nuna pipa carseat and a stokke stroller? Lastly, does the stokke trailz have a toddler seat option?
Thank you in advance.

Agatha says:

I’ve recently purchased Uppababy Vista stroller. My mind was set up for the Mesa car seat, but I was told it might not fit in my car, and that the Cybex infant car seats are “shorter”. Is that true?
I don’t have any stores with baby gear anywhere near so trying it is not an option. I drive 2016 Mercedes C. Could you please advise.

Hi, can nuna pipa infant carseat fit the babyjogger city select lux 2017? Will they have the new adaptor for that or the 2016 adaptor will fit?

M Kay says:

can nuna pippa or cybex q be used with quinny buzz frame?

Marie Legaspi says:

Eli i have a question, why is there no other adjustment on the nuna pipa carseat? What i mean by that is other carseats have LEVEL adjustment. After the base is tight, doesn’t it need to be leveled? Like my peg perego has a bubble measurement depending on the wait of the baby (just an example). Hope I make sense. Thank u!

Abdullah Azizi says:
